Location is great, close to serbian border. Once when arrived staff at front desk was very kind, explaining everything, with smile, maked us to feel good. Room is large, with diferent kinds of pillows and if it is not enough you can ask for pillow from pillows offer and enjoy your sleep. Hotel is very clean. Pools are clean and you can enjoy in silence. Breakfast was different every morning. Food in the bar deserved michelin star, enjoyed every bite from everything i ordered there. Waiter and waitresses were very kind, professional and with smile. Check in and check out were very smooth. In days we were there was very cold outside but in the hotel you feel warm. Staff speaks english and everuthing is written in hungarian, english and serbian, so it is very easy to manage your stay and to enjoy the facilities

I liked everything, from the location and apartment utilities, to how clean and cozy it was. And especially the host, he was very polite and answered all my questions. He even let us stay a bit later in the morning since nobody was coming in the apartment later that day. 100% would recommend it.
