Outstanding hotel. We last went maybe 10 years ago and wanted to come back ever since. Finally this year we got the opportunity to, and it is every bit as good as we remember. The staff are great, spa facilities are some of the best in the world and in perfect condition. Great food and drink and the prices are very reasonable for what you get. We hope to visit again. Location is also perfect for visiting Tokaj and Boldogko castle.

This is a wonderful hotel! The staff are very nice and helpful. They can give you advice about what to see and do in the area. Everyone was so kind and helpful when I tried to speak Hungarian. Even so, the staff speak many languages very well here. The hotel is very clean. The beds are comfortable. The breakfast was amazing. You can have fresh fruits and vegetables, meats, cheeses, excellent coffee and breads. The location is perfect as the hotel is in the castle. The gardens and trees around the hotel are beautiful. There is a kitchen you can use and a library with free books.
