Room is clean and the hotel location is superb. Onsen is available at 10th floor (Male Only). However, there was no instruction from the property management requiring the users to shower before dipping into the Onsen which I am quite concerned due to cleanliness and health issue especially after COVID 19 pandemic. Suggestion: The Hotel Management should add the requirement for the Onsen user to shower/clean up prior utilizing it for hygiene reasons. Starbucks and McDonalds are just around the corner (1 mins walking distance). Super convenience. Starbucks opens from 7am.

The 4-star Grand Zuri Jababeka offers comfortable accommodations within a 12 minute drive Mega Bekasi and Metropolitan Mall. It features an outdoor pool and rooms with flat-screen TVs and free Wi-Fi.
