Need and tidy ,have a good breakfast,helpful staff

Nothing and never like it. It was a fraud..Avoid OYO if you can. I suggest you to cancel directly if the contact for this property is +62 817 788016.. this number always off and never answer our questions through chat or email.. they didn’t charge us before our stay as promised, but charged after that as they said, we never show up at the property. They are cheaters. The truth was, we showed up, but there were no rooms for us and they didn’t give us our rooms. I arrived at night at this property, and all the rooms were full. They said they didn’t accept my booking, but the status was confirmed at this application. You know, I was anxious as I booked 18 rooms for 36 people. So, I asked the responsibilities of the property to search the accommodation for us that night. They searched everywhere and found an empty training centre for us. Okay, that’s enough for that night, as long as I didn’t abandon 36 people on the street. I appreciated the manager and receptionists of this accommodation that night for their efforts to help us found the other accommodation. But, I will avoid OYO all my life. No more.. For booking.com: please block this kind of troublesome partners, so we customers will feel safe to book hotels through your application.

in the middle of the city centre

Clean, colorful room and convenient location -- near grand mosque, pasar Aceh, Aceh museum, corner coffee shop, and supermarket. During a 4 night stay the Indonesian breakfast varied with no one dish repeated. However, skip the weak coffee-- quite disappointing in a coffee growing area.

Good stay before morning trip to Pulau Weh by ferry. Clean spacious room. The restaurant on the rooftop floor is good.

It's clean and worthy the money. No much to complain.

Pool, gym and breakfast buffet. Rooms are nice

After being greeted (well not really greeted) by a very sullen staff member, I am happy to say that my experience with the staff improved. They were friendly, answered questions, and were very helpful in bringing me a glass of hot water for a drink when I asked, providing a kettle (only on the third night!), and fixing the electricity when it went out. However, considering that the hotel provided sachets of hot drink powder and tea bags in the room, I shouldn't have had to have asked for hot water - there should have been a kettle in there. And, when they did provide a kettle, it didn't work. Also, the electricity should not have gone out in the first place. Your experience here depends on the attitude and expectations that you enter with. It's pretty cheap, and so the accommodation reflects that.

Staff is very helpful. Wifi okay. Pillow and blanket is goof as well. Its not loud, the road aoutside is not loud as well.

Staff was very nice, offered us a free upgrade and held our luggage while we were on Pulau Weh. Room was clean and spacious.
