The bed was very soft, relative to other hotels I’ve stayed in it is very clean, little run down but fine. I like they have filtered water.

Not much to do.

Not much to do. Malls were mediocre, food was not great, even lost my wallet and other items there with no help. Overall, i think batam would be a better option, at least night life at batam is better, with much better shopping options. Or Jakarta.

I like shopping complex & shopped at Matahari & wacoal. Wacoal bra in Pontianak cheap. Secondly I like dinner place like Kampung Kecil, very nice place. Do not miss this place when you travel to Pontianak.

City full of historic sites, amazing architecture friendly...

City full of historic sites, amazing architecture friendly locals and delicious street food. Eye catching greenery around and wonderful places to visit. Easy to travel across to Malaysia by road, There is regular bus services between Pontianak 🇮🇩 to Kuching (Malaysia) 🇲🇾 Also easy to find flight within Indonesia 🇮🇩 from Pontianak airport that is located near to city centre approximately 15 minutes 🚖 ride.

We had a nice spacious room with an outside sitting area near the pool. Our room had a fridge and the hotel provides refillable drinking water which we liked. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was extremely extravagant with an endless range of delicious choices. In the main lobby a musician played the string instrument Sape every morning. It was beautiful to listen to it. The hotel is a short Grab ride away from all the main sights. We can definitely recommend a stay here.

All the staff are very helpful and friendly.. The first day I had a problem with the bathroom being locked but it was quickly resolved by the hotel staff.. The restaurant food was very delicious, especially the fish cooked in Asam pedas. But the price of the fish was quite expensive but the food was delicious..
