This B&B is absolutely wonderful! The host is incredibly kind and attentive, making our stay truly comfortable. The room was well-equipped with everything we needed—truly surpassing four-star standards. From a kettle and iron to even a safe, every detail was thoughtfully provided. The space was also quite spacious. Location-wise, it’s not far from the pier, and there are fantastic restaurants nearby. To top it off, the breakfast prepared by the host was delicious, featuring a variety of fresh bread and other treats. Highly recommend this place for a cozy and convenient stay!

Beautiful, large property and very clean. Room had everything I needed, bed was comfortable. After I got back from eating dinner Mary gave me a piece of pie, strawberry and milk…satisfied my sweet tooth for the evening. Breakfast was delicious.

Nice central location, beautiful part of world,warm & sunny...

Nice central location, beautiful part of world,warm & sunny most of time. People warm & friendly, no scarcity of lovely places to eat & interesting places to visit. Tintern abbey with Coclough walled gardens had a special charm. Nearby Hook Head Lighthouse was the highlight of our visit, such an interesting place & views of the surrounding coastline & golden fields were just breath taking. Sunset at nearby Duncannon was also a lovely surprise as was the beautiful meal we enjoyed there at Roache's pub, food & service just excellent. Must also give mention to Cocoa's coffee shop at Kilmore Quay,our daily coffee stop, coffee The Best & pastries to die for. Finally Kilmore Quay is a special place for anyone who loves the sea.
