Likes everything, the host herself a very nice and welcoming lady. The beautiful cottage and it was a cold cold nite , we had a stove to keep us warm and I loved having to keep it going until we went to bed . In the morning then the oil burner kicked in to heat the cottage.

The location and views were beautiful.

The location and views were beautiful. It's close enough to neighbouring towns and yet it's hidden away. We felt totally relaxed from the moment we arrived. The cabin was clean and cosy and had everything we could possibly need for our stay. We have stayed in many hotels and this was our first experience staying in a log cabin and we can honestly say it beats any hotel experience. The recommendations from Tracy were great and we had breakfast and a Chinese Takeaway which she recommended. Both were great. It's like a home away from home. Nothing can beat sitting outside the door in the morning with a coffee listening to the birds singing. The peace and tranquility there needs to be witnessed to be believed and we will definitely be going back
