Very friendly and welcoming host. She opened to us and took time to meet us although we arrived very late. The house is very big and comfortable. Well furnished kitchen, very comfy house that is not only comfortable but also stylish and cosy decoration. Everything needed - hairdryers, cooking ustensils, etc. Most of all, taking the time to meet us and show us the house in person for just one night was a very nice gesture.

Cannot say enough about the location. Glorious. One house’s walking distance to the sea. The Little House has everything you need. We stayed in number 3. Two nice bedrooms, a full kitchen, full bath. Easily housed three people with parking directly next to the house. It may be hard to get to, but it’s worth the effort. Just punch the EIR code sent to you by the host into Google maps. It will lead you all the way. Also walking distance from the Tory Island ferry. Bring food, of course. There are no stores that I noticed.

I had a wonderful stay at this property. The location is fantastic just 5 minutes from Falcarragh town and roughly only 10 minutes from a stunning beach. The house itself was spotless, cosy, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights was waking up to the Mountain View’s. The host was very easy to deal with and great communication throughout and provided all the necessary information in advance, making everything straightforward.

Beautiful location, spacious, comfortable pods, the views are incredible, would highly recommended, if there was only one criticism it's that a few more pillows & towels could be provided, facilities are great, hot shower & plenty cooking facilities.

idylic location busy main street, market, pubs,shops, eateries close to mountains which was our reason for staying in Falcarragh *breakfast at Batch *fish and chips from something fishy *drinks at Shamrock Recommend all 3

Everything was just perfect for us, the weather was amazing,...

Everything was just perfect for us, the weather was amazing, the beaches were great,the golf was excellent as they have a great nine hole course there, All the restaurant/cafe food was good.I would recommend falcarragh to anyone that wants a relaxing and chilled holiday that also enjoys their golf and you are also in a prime location for all the other towns and villages.

Very spectacular and unspoilt location in Co.

Very spectacular and unspoilt location in Co. Donegal, comparatively few tourists which was not a bad thing. Some really spectacular unspoilt beaches plus Falcarragh very convenient for say day trips to Tory Island or Glenveagh National Park. Locals were also helpful with directions around the village. There is also a well-maintained and scenic park and woodland area around the sadly derelict Ballyconnell House. However, duet to the scenic coastal locations, Falcarragh is probably not be best location in bad weather. I was fortunate in that the weather was fine and sunny during my short stay. Overall, I enjoyed my short stay in Falcarragh and realised that it was all too short.

Falcarragh is a good base location for touring the northwest...

Falcarragh is a good base location for touring the northwest coastline. It has shops , restaurants, takeaways ,and bars. It's not as picturesque as other villages but this is reflected in the price of the amenities. Driving into falcarragh from the glenveagh national park is a beautiful scenic journey. Sadly not many locals were speaking Irish. We expected this experience in the Gaeltacht but had to drive further south towards gortahork and on to gweedore for this experience. I would recommend suaimhneas accommodation hosted by Mary and Willie, an excellent base. The Chinese takeaway comes highly recommended also and the shamrock Bar where we enjoyed live music and gaa match.
