Rooms were clean and I slept so well! The brunette (30s -40s age) that worked at the breakfast was so sweet and kind; she made my dining experience so amazing! I felt really taken care of and that’s immensely invaluable when you’re at a hotel!!

This was the best holiday/hotel experience my husband and I have ever had. The location is unbeatable, the hotel and rooms were even more charming than the photos let on, and the staff were the most hospitable and friendly we’ve ever encountered in all our travels. We had a phenomenal time in Killarney thanks to the Arbutus hotel & staff. Upon arrival, it turned out that this is a huge hotel complex, on the territory of which there are different hotels, and this particular one occupies 2 floors of the main building. The complex has several parking lots and several entrances. On the 1st floor there is a beautiful, but confusing labyrinth of passages. I found how to get to the right floor, but did not find the reception. Or rather, I found it, but after about 20 minutes of walking around the hotel. At the reception there was a very nice and friendly Irishman, who was very happy to see me, because I was the last guest who booked a room, but had not yet arrived. He said that there was no need to go out for breakfast, breakfast would be brought right to the door of the room at 7 am. interesting the room turned out to be modern, loft-style. concrete walls, wires in metal pipes, massive switches. It looks very modern and nice. A large window directly opposite the bed, and from the window there is a view of the field and mountains. deer were leisurely walking across the field. and on the visor they said there were 5 kittens in a herd. I tried to take a video so that all the kittens would be in the frame, but then the mother cat came and drove them all home. I open the door at 8 am - there really is a box with breakfast. I didn't expect such a presentation, such a filling and such a tasty and satisfying and healthy breakfast. very cool! The coffee maker in the room came in handy the next day. Coffee with crusan, right from the bed with a view of the mountain, it's simply divine!

A charming boutique hotel offering cozy rooms, exceptionally friendly staff, a superb breakfast, and an excellent restaurant. Ideally situated just outside Killarney, it provides the perfect balance—close enough to the town while still offering a peaceful retreat from the bustle. The restaurant is outstanding with a warm, inviting atmosphere and excellent food and drinks. The staff - especially John - were extremely friendly, attentive, and welcoming, making our dinner a truly delightful experience. We will definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.

This is a really nice hotel and our room was fantastic. A very well laid out and spacious room with amazing views of Killarney National Park. Also throughout the hotel the level of cleanliness was clear to be seen as it was spotless. All of the staff were engaging and very friendly and a credit to the hotel. In particular the young lady working behind the bar went to a different floor to get the drink I ordered; what service! Breakfast was another standout. Usually buffet breakfasts are not up to scratch but this was not the case here. All of the hot food was actually still hot and cooked to perfection We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and we were delighted with the gifts the hotel had arranged for us on our arrival
