We absolutely loved our stay here! Norman and Marie are fantastic hosts and made our stay even better. The breakfast was excellent and they gave great advice on where to enjoy a lively dinner. Would absolutely recommend staying here!

Super clean with super comfy beds. Amazing breakfast. My husband is super picky with both food and beds and he absolutely loved the bed AND the breakfast. Having the personal touch at an old fashioned Bed and Breakfast was a great start to our time in Ireland.

Ballina was beautiful .

Ballina was beautiful . Lots of lovely traditional Irish pubs that welcome dogs . Also fantastic restaurants in the town . We really liked the Italian and the pub on the banks of the lake . Pizza was beautiful . We also went for a boat cruise and it was amazing and had drinks on board . We loved walking around the town and the amazing scenery .

Hotel was basic, Breakfast & dinner were lovely though. Room was just ok.. Bathroom was so dirty, Tiles around bath, behind sink. Once you put on the lights in the bathroom there were all live flies inside the lights on the roof... Wasnt nice at all. Bathrooms could be doing with a huge renovation. Bed was comfortable. Table in room dated, All the varnish off it.. Definetly need an upgrade.

Killaloe / Ballina is a beautiful twin town spanning the...

Killaloe / Ballina is a beautiful twin town spanning the river Shannon. Great river walks, the old road bridge is now pedestrianised making it easy to go from the Ballina to the Killaloe side and vice versa. There's a variety of restaurants, coffee shops and pubs with indoor and outdoor areas. The Lakeside Hotel Killaloe (on the Ballina side) serves excellent food and drinks. Avoid the Bóruna Gastro Pub for now, it's dirty and the service is poor, could be great with it's rooftop bar but needs a refresh of the property and attitudes. Tuscany Bistro on the Ballina side serves excellent food in with great service Raw Interiors serves great food and coffee on the Killaloe side quirky building and great service

wonderful breakfast freshly cooked both for room service and in the dining room .Spa looked beautiful good parking /lovely location very clean and the staff were superb at all times from night porter to waiting staff ,reception and spa staff

Lovely town with great views of Lough Derg and the Shannon, Enjoyed a lovely boat trip with Killaloe Boat Trip. Without asking they provided water for my dog and invited my kids to steer the boat . Crew were extremely courtious and friendly After we had lunch at Flanagans overling the Shannon. Food was very good.. Killaloe is a super little town with plenty of good pubs serving good food,

Stunning place to base a holiday.

Stunning place to base a holiday. Easy access to limerick/shannon and the cliffs of moher. Also the lough derg is gem!! The locals even got me a few too many whiskeys one night while enjoying live music!!

Modern, clean, cosy warm, lovely furnishings, great lighting / ambience inside and outside. The private sauna is an added luxury. Private parking. Right in the middle of the town. Better than most hotels with more space. The perfect place to stay in Killaloe.

Excellent property, very clean, spacious and well equipped. Cookies, milk and a few essentials left out for us on arrival which was really appreciated. Host very responsive. Short walking distance to killaloe and ballina. Will definitely come again.
