The hotel is one of the best in the vicinity surrounded by school colleges and industrial establishments which is a bonus,more over its adjoining the main road hence tansport is easily available and not at all a concern. The staff is simply superb and very professional which is another take away. The breakfast served is also tasty. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone who comes to belgaum and Also my Goan friends. Looking forward to visiting again and staying here. Happy Vacations to all travellers!!

I had a very pleasant stay at ZIP by Spree Hotels in Belgaum. The hotel is well-maintained, clean, and conveniently located, making it easy to reach both business areas and local attractions. The room was modern, spacious, and equipped with all the essentials, including a comfortable bed, clean bathroom, and good Wi-Fi. What stood out most was the excellent hospitality. The staff were professional, polite, and always eager to help, whether it was room service, housekeeping, or front desk support. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient. The in-house restaurant offered a good selection of dishes, and the breakfast buffet was tasty with both local and continental options. Overall, a great experience with value for money. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Belgaum, whether for business or leisure.

I liked the hotel much because it is one among the all hotels in belgavi which is located near Kapileswar temple and i feel it is maintained like a temple's own property and it is for devotees. And found neatness everywhere in the hotel premises.

Nestled in a beautiful location overlooking lush green hillsides, it provides the perfect setting for a peaceful retreat or remote working stay. After spending an entire month here, I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel without hesitation. The customer service throughout the hotel was outstanding. Every member of the team, from reception and housekeeping to the restaurant staff, consistently demonstrated professionalism, warmth, and genuine hospitality. A special thank you to Sristi, Suhel, and Gautam at Reception. The entire reception team was fantastic, always smiling, welcoming, and eager to help with any request. Samrudi from Housekeeping was excellent, always ensuring I had everything I needed and maintaining the highest standards throughout my stay. I would also like to acknowledge the General Manager, Mr. Devendra. It is clear that such exceptional service and attention to detail stem from outstanding leadership. He has built and nurtured an incredible team, and the hotel’s consistently high standards are a testament to his management. A very special mention goes to Pankaj, the Executive Housekeeper. He is truly a star. Any five-star hotel would be fortunate to have someone of his calibre. His professionalism, dignity, customer service, and warm demeanour are qualities often associated with senior management. I have no doubt that he has an extremely bright future in the hospitality industry. Ramesh was incredibly kind and welcoming from the moment I arrived, setting the tone for a wonderful stay. And I would also like to thank Rakesh from the Front Office team, as well as everyone in the restaurant, whose names I unfortunately do not know. Every member of the team was excellent. One staff member in particular always remembered me and thoughtfully brought my preferred tea each day, a small gesture that made a lasting impression.

Nothing....they will charge 5 times than MRP for thing like chips cold drinks Food quality is worst, overrated
