They charge advance personally through UPI. But at the time of arrival their gate was closed and they didn't receive a call. So we returned from there. But they didn't refund our money

It’s a beautiful spacious hotel, the rooms are very comfortable, food very good. Nice clean swimming pool. Lalit in the restaurant and Danita at reception were exceptionally helpful.

The room was in very poor condition, and most importantly, the staff behavior was extremely bad. They used rude language and called us “cheaters,” and it felt like they were trying to cheat us out of our money. They even provided Bisleri water bottles with broken/open seals, which is unacceptable and unsafe. Because of these issues, I want a full refund. I am not willing to waste my money on such poor-quality rooms and unprofessional service. This is not a family-friendly hotel at all, and I strongly suggest others do not stay here. It is better to choose a nearby hotel instead.

Location far from Bhubaneswar station

The Hotel is attached next to a mall where you can easily access and visit, shop and dine. The hotel has big and its kind Luxury

I got it at a reasonable price from booking.com. Its a new hotel with great interiors and rooms. Overall very clean and staff were helpful

We had a wonderful stay at hotel pal heights .the front office staff are very helpful specially priyabrat the room was clean and comfortable ,we would definitely stay here again

Facilities, Room, food, room service, breakfast - all good. Maybe as a resort need to plan some activities onsite for those who do not venture to the city.
