Mr. Johnson and Mrs. Johnson run this wonderful homestay that provided my family with a safe and comfortable stay in South Goa. What made our experience truly special were the long and meaningful conversations we had with them, through which we gained a deeper understanding of Goan culture, cuisine, and the beauty of the place. Their homestay truly felt like a home away from home. They kindly guided us on where to explore each day and even suggested places where we could buy the freshest catch from the sea, which we enjoyed cooking ourselves. I wholeheartedly recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a safe, peaceful vacation while also experiencing the true essence of Goa through genuine warmth and great conversations.

Om Sai Beach Huts is truly the best beach stay I have ever experienced! The atmosphere is incredibly peaceful, and the warm hospitality makes it a memorable place. The cottages are beautifully designed, clean, and offer stunning views, being located right on the beach. Waking up to the sound of the waves. It’s the perfect getaway for relaxation and rejuvenation. I will definitely visit again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a serene beach escape!

"Agonda Brown Sand is a total gem! The location is unbeatable—literally bang on the beach with direct access to the sand. I highly recommend the upstairs ocean-facing rooms for the spectacular sea views. Unlike typical beach huts, these rooms are spacious, modern, and kept immaculately clean with high-end AC and comfortable mattresses. The experience was made even better by the delicious à la carte breakfasts and the live music in the evenings, which created such a great atmosphere. A huge shoutout to Manager Chandru and the entire team; their hospitality is exceptional, and they truly go out of their way to make you feel welcome. 10/10 recommendation!"

I have never met earlier as accommodating as Nelvin, the proprietor at Niko’s. First, as previously arranged, he came to the airport to pick me up. On the way back to the hotel, he gave me a quick tour of the area we were traveling through, a little bit of the history, culture, and customs. No, give me an absolutely beautiful room – at the back of the hotel, overlooking the river. Every morning and evening I was treated to the sight of the fishing, trollers busying themselves for the days catch! While I was at the property, he checked on me numerous times to make sure everything was all right, whether I needed anything, etc. A couple of days, I was a little under the weather. Melvin had breakfast brought up to my room, and made me fresh lime juice to keep me hydrated. Try getting that level of service anywhere else! On a couple of occasions, Nelvin even stopped to chat with me and my friends while we had breakfast, discussing hotels, neutral plans, look at activities, etc. The property is brand new, very well tended, and personally oversee by Nelvin and his family. With only 12 rooms, you’re assured personalized service. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel, sufficiently enough! Close to beaches, restaurants, shopping, with a great staff, and professional, yet caring service, and a fantastic view of the river at the back of the hotel, this property simply cannot be beat!
