Staff were warm, hospitable, helpful and friendly. Available to help whether it was providing directions, ordering prescription medicine we'd forgotten receiving an Amazon delivery....the pool was beautiful and perfectly warm, with comfortable lounges, a very nice changing room, and cheerful bath towels. The food was very good, and solicitors served.

We're not rich enough to stay at fancy hotels whenever we travel but this was the first time we did so because this is an actual heritage hotel where rich people lived in the past. We searched countless heritage hotels in Delhi, Agra, and Jaipur and none came close with this one in terms of design, structure and building effort. This haveli won't disappoint if you're interested in the living aesthetics of rich people with taste back in the day. And shout out to John and Sunil (hotel staff) for being super helpful and friendly even though we only stayed 1 night
