I liked the location, the facilities are very well maintained, and the hygiene is very well taken care of. The team on site is very helpful. I had booked it for my husband's birthday and the team even helped us with decoration. Mr.Anil our caretaker was very helpful and also took us around the property, there is a scenic walk towards the backwaters where you can sit and enjoy the nature we loved it the most. All three Zostel Villas are awesome and the whole Casuarina property is very scenic and safe even if only women are traveling. I would like to appreciate the staff and management we faced minor issue however they immediately provided us with alternatives and even apologised us for the inconvenience. Was really a minor issue but still they were delegant in helping us, rare quality to find nowadays. Really appreciate the management for that. I visited with my husband and a kid. Property was very nice. Surrounded by greenery even during in summers. It is nestled in forest and on the bank of backwater of Nira Dam. Property was super clean, rooms were clean and hygienic. Their cottages were super beautiful with the view. Unique A Frame structures. Trekking to Backwater and Raireshwar Fort is also available. Food was delicious and healthy. Not spicy or oily. Bonus point for an open kitchen. You can literally see everything preparing fresh while passing by the dinning hall. We enjoyed their pool which was clean, open with the view. There were some indoor games as well and children play area for our kid. Hospitality was top notch, run by owners, it felt like home only. will definitely visit again. Thank you team
