I recently stayed at the Grand Mirage Dhanbad by Radisson with my wife and daughter, and it was an experience worth every bit of praise. The hospitality here was simply 10/10, and we felt truly valued from the moment we arrived. Special thanks to Santosh, Jitender, Aishorya, Nisha, Abhishek, and Sujata for going above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Each one of them added a personal touch to our experience, from warm greetings to prompt service. They genuinely cared about our comfort and were always available with a smile, making us feel like VIPs. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and cozy, making it feel like a home away from home. We were also blown away by the delicious food, and the dining staff ensured we had everything we needed at every meal. It was clear that everyone took pride in their work, and it made our stay all the more special. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Grand Mirage Dhanbad by Radisson is now our go-to place whenever we're in the area. A huge thank you to the entire team for making our trip so memorable. We’ll be back for sure!

Had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The housekeeping staff maintained everything perfectly, and the service was prompt. Rooms are spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and hygienic. 10/10 stay!

Very bad service by the receptionist Rude and arrogant Wanted to see the before check in, which was refused and was given a very dirty and stinking room Had to leave the room because of the stinking smell and cleanliness No refund was given

One of the most memorable stays for me, View from the room was excellent. The bed was very comfortable and the washroom was big. High-speed internet was complimentary along with Amazon Prime ,Hotstar and Netflix from the hotel. The complimentary buffet breakfast had a lot of choices. My other meals in the hotel were also very delicious. Cubes - Lounge bar offers a good selection of drinks and snacks. Overall an excellent hotel.. I will recommend it to all my friends and family..

Exceptional service by Hotel staff.very new and cozy rooms.Great location.very good breakfast.I had to catch a train after check-out time and they extended my check-out time without any charge even i was ready to pay.Special thanks to ANEESH at the reception for providing amazing service . I Highly recommend this hotel if you are planing to stay in Dhanbad.

After chek out i didn't receive the bill. The hotel was not clean properly.
