The place was near and clean but with the price they were offering for a premium upgraded best room.. without a basic r Mini fridge was a bit shocking and disappointing plus the room said river view,which is just a glance of the hoogly river from very far and that too a bit from the corner of one of the windows hence the view was not a selling point at all...food was ok especially the thali but egg and chicken thali both tasted exactly the same since the gravy remained same and just the main ingredient that is egg instead of chicken changed, hence no point buying two different thalis in lunch... Staff were very cooperative and helpful, service was good

Tucked in a corner on the banks of the river Damodar, a 5 minute drive from 58 sluice gates, this hotel is quite a pretty one with all the amenities for a weekend get-away.
