How friendly the staff is ,and how well maintained the place is

Very very nice and hardworking staff. At your beck and call and genuinely take care of you like a guest at home. Very modern and clean bathrooms, spacious rooms(ours was a suite). High tech systems all around. I will continue visiting. My first choice hotel in Bengaluru!!

Reception staffs Customer service was great. They will listen to your concerns and help you. The only problem I faced that the proper location was hard to find out in taxi service. Otherwise everything was great.

Comfortable stay in a great location. Friendly staff and fair prices.

I liked the fact that the hotel was very fresh in decor. It was bright and gave a very relaxed and holiday feel. The location was absolutely great, while being bang in the city centre it was also located on the quieter side of the street. It was easy to locate. We could walk to the markets. Rooms were very nice and were comfortable and had everything I expected in a boutique hotel. The staff was amazing. They were very courteous and helpful. Right from the guy at the reception who checked us in (very polite, well spoken and helpful staff.. sorry but didn't get his name) to every staff I interacted with. I would totally recommend this hotel to everyone and would come back to stay here again. I plan to book a Bloom hotel again in one of the other cities.

Reception staff’s (night staff and day staff) customer service at the best. They listen to your concerns and help you out. Very polite. Food locations are near by only. McDonalds, KFC, street food like pani puri, momos are near by only. Clothing stores are near by Trends, Allen solly etc. overall I loved it .

Amazing 1BHK flat comfortable & spacious

Our stay at the hotel in Bangalore was truly wonderful. The staff were very friendly, caring, and always ready to help. The cleanliness was excellent, and every detail was well maintained. We felt so comfortable and well taken care of, just like being in our own home. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay a memorable one. Highly recommended!

I like the location ..easy to locate

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and always ready to help. The location was excellent, with easy access to restaurants and shops. Housekeeping did a great job every day, and I felt safe and well taken care of throughout my stay
