We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Waves and Vibes...

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Waves and Vibes resort this weekend! Everything was perfect, from the friendly staff to the spacious, comfortable rooms, stunning views from balcony, awesome boating ride experience and good food quality. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. . We had a truly unforgettable experience.

The drive through the Ghats is fascinating and the cool...

The drive through the Ghats is fascinating and the cool weather that envelops you with every incline, that You drive on, is refreshing. The town is disappointing with hardly any recommendable food facilities, but one can pick up veggies, chicken, eggs and bread/flour/rice from a convenience store at the market place to cook the meals in the apartment. Rhea's Cafe is also a boutique food joint specializing in Chinese and Oriental food that one can opt for, in case the drive uphill was strenuous. There is nothing to do in this "ghost town" and the shabby upkeep all around of the buildings and centre point of the town makes one feel sad about those who have invested crores in shaping up this town only to now leave it to ruins.

Its a place where everything is available in black.

Its a place where everything is available in black. Only beer is available that too beyond MRP. Fuel is also to be bought in black. No water sports or activities at the Dam post 5 pm. Not to safe to be outdoors post 6 pm. Limited meal options.

Overall its a wonderful place to spend in monsoon season for a day. One night stay is enough at an apartment which is lake facing. Everything is walkable i.e promenade, food joints and Dasve bridge too. Its a wonderful place to spend quality time with your family.

A beautiful wonder, left untouched by pollution and traffic. Placid lakes, serene mountains and a quiet location make for an amazing visit. Roads are terrifying at night, but an enjoyable drive during the day. Plan visit accordingly.

Mr.Suresh is a big cheat,liar, fraud thief.

Mr.Suresh is a big cheat,liar, fraud thief. I paid the whole sum in cash on the day of my arrival. The day I checked out, I got a message from Booking.com that my booking at Lavasa lake view studio has been canceled. Mr.Suresh knows very well that it's a non refundable deal.His aim was to loot my money again via Booking.com. Fortunately Booking.com sent me a notice. I had to block my credit card in case that cheat might hack my account. So, I recommend no one to go to that apartment again.

The house is beautiful, the love with which it was decorated is clearly visible in artwork. The location can't get better. The beautiful and scenic Lavasa, quite for the wrong reason but for a change. Everything was available on order or in walkable distance.
