Beautiful home in a great, walkable neighborhood. Amazing staff. Shout out to Som and Sushila for taking the best care of us and Nikki for putting it all together and giving us great recommendations around the area and referrals for everything we needed or desired. Everything in the home is beautiful from the furniture to the book collection. The home itself and the staff were welcoming from moment 1, which was a very comforting feeling after traveling so long. The breakfasts each morning were amazing.

We had a 1-night stay at Southern Star for a quick visit to Mysore. Hotel is located close to the palace and is a very well managed facility. Hotel staff were very helpful and we were very well taken care of during check-in by Easter. We used the travel desk facility within the hotel to book a car to do sight-seeing. Laxmi at the travel desk was very helpful in understanding our requirements and arranging the car. Well managed/maintained restaurant in the hotel served tasty lunch/dinner buffet with full menu to customize our food requirements. Captain Abhishek and team at the restaurant made our dining a pleasant experience after a busy sight-seeing day. Jeevan helped us checkout and offered to get us bagged breakfast as we were checking out early to catch the train back to Bangalore. He arranged for the Auto's to take us back to the station and ensured a quick and seamless checkout. Overall, our experience was pretty good and we will come back to this hotel every time we will visit Mysore.

One of the best hotels in Mysore! The rooms were exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The staff was courteous, professional, and always ready to help. The location is excellent, with easy access to major tourist attractions, making sightseeing very convenient. The hospitality truly stands out, and every detail is thoughtfully taken care of. Location, cleanliness, staff. It is in prime location. No breakfast provided. McDonalds coming up in the ground floor. So, the renovation going on and hence you may hear some noise during the day. Staff were friendly and they allowed us to extend our checkout time for 2 hours almost.

This is a great hotel. The room was beautiful as on the pictures. It's a brand new hotel. Staff was very helpful, they were even happy to arrange someone who would exchange money for me when I enquired about money exchange. Location is perfect, very close to the palace.
