The breakfast location was great, with a view of the Kanchanjunga. (Unfortunately, it was fogged in and not visible during our stay). The food had a great variety and they menu varied every day. Plus, they made fresh dosas and omlettes. The dinners were also excellent, varied menu during our four-day stay. We would particularly like to recognize the staff, who were ever helpful and polite. Divya and Pem deserve special mention. At our dinners, Divya was sweet and attentive to our every need and comfort. Pem was similarly very attentive to our needs, particularly, Kadha in the mornings as I had developed a cold. All in all, an unforgettable experience. We highly recommend the Taj Guras.

Best stay experience we had in Gangtok so far. We chose the hotel expecting a pure veg food, they served so well. Very tasty food all in veg. The rooms are near and clean, proper hygiene maintened by the property. The people we met here a so nice and positive. Overall it was a very pleasant stay, very homely 😊 Highly recommended.

Rooms are spacious. Bathrooms very clean with hot water geyser. Extra Blankets in every room. For Triple sharing room they have put Extra bed with mattress. For twin sharing spacious bed. No compromise. Food mostly rice thali but good and adequate. No Lunch (you don't need as you will be away sight seeing ) but menu items were in adequate quantity and tasty. Excellent view of mountain & River. Owners were present in hotel and they personally took care of every guest.

We had a wonderful stay at Jain Hotel & Resort. The staff were extremely courteous and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were clean, spacious, and offered a beautiful view, which made the stay even more relaxing. The food was delicious with good variety, and the overall atmosphere of the property is very peaceful—perfect for a calm getaway. The location is quiet yet convenient, away from city noise. Overall, it was a comfortable and value-for-money stay. I would definitely recommend Jain Hotel & Resort to families and couples looking for a relaxing experience.
