One of the best hotels I have stayed at ever. Nadia helped us with arranging taxi for us and answering various queries of ours patiently. Mr.Sanjay and his team took care of everything we need at the hotel. He is gem of a person always enthusiastically communicating with the guests. The food was awesome, rooms clean. I loved reading a book from the library as I relaxed. I had come to see the Hemis Monastery and the festival and the location of this placed was perfect. It is also very close to Thiksey Monastery and Stakna Monastery (closest to this one).

The hotel looks exactly like it is shown in pictures. "Ameen and the entire staff" was very polite and helpful. They made our stay super comfortable. Also, helped us arrange a cab for us to visit places. Breakfast was tasty. Hotel is located near the market and safe! Value for money!

I went in low season of tourism in Leh so it was not busy. Good taking care of their staff, her name's Japan. She provided everything we ask quickly. The room has balcony with great view of mountain. That's very impress. Comfort bed and clean facilities. Host and all staff was very helpful.
