Mela Kothi is a wonderful lodge and feels like a small island of tranquility. The property is beautiful and teeming with vegetation and wildlife. The staff is extremely nice and welcoming. I also did the river boat safari which I highly recommend - saw a river dolphin, Gharials, crocodiles, turtles and many species of birds and the naturist guide was very knowledgeable.

Everything was good, right from check-in to check-out. The staff was polite and courteous, hotel was clean, and the food was good. It's great for families with 3-4 members, as there's a family room with 3 beds. So even if you are a family of 4, you can simply request for an additional bed and everyone stays in the same room. Plus, the room size is big enough so everyone's comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel to any one traveling to Agra.
