The staff were very helpful and responds well. There are several shops within 20 meters and a supermarket on the basement.The breakfast is more than enough. A real comfort especially when you arrive around midnight.

Sincere stuffs. I came very late because of too much time in the custom, but they had been waiting and welcomed me. Nice South Indian breakfast. They asked me if wanted the continental ones specially. I really loved the South Indian though.

The room was superb clean and very comfortable. Obviously it is a newly constructed hotel and we'll maintained. Good ambient for family stay especially with kids. Close to the heart, the staff was so kind, helpful, and the hospitality way extraordinary. Especially the receptionist, Nama Madhuri, supervisor, property manager, the helper and almost all of them have down to earth behavior and exceptionally help alot. Thumbs up

I had an outstanding stay at Hotel MN Grand.The staff was welcoming and attentive, and the room was immaculate and comfortable. The facilities were excellent. They even helped us manage luggage storage while we were out for work purposes. Customer service was top-notch, making me feel right at home. Highly recommend!
