The gym deserves special mention—well stocked, modern, and extremely functional, making it easy to keep up a routine even while on holiday. The food was outstanding, and breakfast each morning was genuinely the highlight of the day—fresh, varied, and delicious, setting the perfect tone for exploring Santiniketan. What truly makes The Anthill special, though, is the people. The staff were amazing—warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. A special shout-out to Bimal, Somnath, Utpal, Rupnath, and to Head Chef Prosenjit and his wonderful kitchen crew for their exceptional hospitality and care. The Owners are hailed as "wonderful hosts" who personally engage with every guest. Mr.Jayottam pal is known for his stories about the Shantiniketan's history, making guests feel like they are visiting a friend's home rather than a resort. The Staff: The entire team is described as "well-behaved," "supportive," and "attentive," ensuring every need—from guided walks to farming demonstrations—is met with a smile.Special Thanks to Mr. Subrata Sharma who took care of us just like our parents do, from bringing medicines to bring hot mineral water for my child. Personal Touch: The family often takes guests on guided tours through grasslands or to meet local artisans, providing a deep, immersive cultural experience.

This homestay exceeded our expectations! The swimming pool was stunning, and the beautifully maintained gardens added to its charm. The hosts' hospitality made us feel right at home. Perfect for a peaceful escape from the city. We can't wait to come back!"

Beautiful wooded and resort like setting. Nicely sets the mood for a visit to Shantiniketan. Each room is set up like an independent thatched hut with a veranda in front. There were only half a dozen units which enhanced the feeling of privacy. The staff were very friendly, especially the owner who was extremely helpful.

Toddler friendly, safe, hygienic . Baby pool was great, my kid enjoyed a lot. No food or alcohol near pool was served, no loud music so we felt safe having a baby with us.

Everything was good. The people who were in charge were very helpful.
