IndiaOur stay at Treebo Soho Newtown was a wonderful experience. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We were particularly impressed with the prompt and professional service from the staff, who were always ready to assist with a smile. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options. The hotel is located in a peaceful area, yet it's easy to get to different parts of the city. We felt safe and well-cared for throughout our visit. Highly recommend it!

I am writing this to warn other families, especially those traveling with young children, to stay away from Anchorage Inn. We booked a room through Booking.com for a stay with my family and our infant baby.
Shortly after reserving, the hotel began harassing us with calls and messages demanding an advance payment to "guarantee" the reservation. According to Booking.com policy for this specific reservation, payment was supposed to be handled at the hotel during check-in. Despite the confirmed status of our booking, the hotel took it upon themselves to cancel our reservation because we followed the official platform rules.
The worst part was their complete lack of empathy. We arrived at 7:00 PM only to be told our room was gone. The staff indifferently told us to "call customer care" or "find another hotel" in the night. Being left on the street at nearly midnight with a crying baby is a nightmare no traveler should face.
This establishment is unreliable, does not honor its partnership with Booking.com, and has zero regard for guest safety or basic human decency. Save yourself the stress and book elsewhere.

Toilet was in deplorable dirty state, no drinking water, no hot water kettle, no drinking glasses, no sitting chairs, very dirty and torn pillows, room fan was filthy with accumulated dust, only 1 towel supplied, no hand towels, no daily soap, no shampoo, drawers and cupboard insides dirty, dustbin dirty, commode dirty, toilet window filthy....overall a hotel not worthy of any appreciation.

The staffs were good and very active but the room is not as shown in the booking page and very very small. Lift is also not working. I must say this is overpriced. Bathroom is also very very small and not worthy.
If yiu are travelling with family, dont book here.

No flexibility available , no proper services. Rooms and washroom were small , lights were not in working condition. Breakfast served was cold , did not serve hot and charged extra for parking and service charges. Bad experience
