The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep, and the housekeeping team did a wonderful job keeping everything neat and tidy every day. The hotel’s attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and comfort really stood out to me. One of the highlights was the food – it was simply excellent! The restaurant served a good variety of dishes, all fresh and flavorful, and the service was quick and efficient. I also appreciated the peaceful ambiance of the hotel, which made it a perfect place to relax after a busy day. Its set in the forest with some fun hiking options. They have a pool of naturalists that guide you on the local fauna. The food options are limited but fine well. They have focused on eco friendly products and reducing wastage. My baby had a medical emergency and the staff was extremely professional and helpful in getting her to the hospital and calming us down. Many thanks to Mr Sherwin, Umesh and Shaji once again from the bottom of my heart.
