This was the worst hotel experience of my life. The room was extremely dirty, with unclean bedsheets and pillow covers. The bathroom was in terrible condition—there was a bad smell, and it clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. The staff behavior was also very rude and unprofessional. They seemed to have no basic sense of customer service. Even the AC and lights were not working properly, and despite multiple complaints, no action was taken. After paying so much money, receiving such poor service is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Total waste of money and time.

Special thanks to Alok Singh as well; his friendly attitude and lightning-fast service made me feel right at home. The rooms were spotless, modern, and incredibly cozy. If you’re looking for a seamless, high-quality stay in Lucknow with a team that actually cares, this is the place to be. Highly recommended!

Breakfast arrangement is good with lots of options to choose from. Staff is supportive and eager to help with good attitude. Liked professional behavior from Ms. Puii, Ms. Neetu, Mr. Navin, etc. This was my repeat stay at this hotel and was glad to choose this hotel.

The rooms are very dirty, Wi-Fi is not working. There is a lot of dirt inside the room and the TV does not work.
