Upcoming tourist destination of Andhra Pradesh. Lot of attractions and options for all age groups. GenZ ramyun is an exciting attraction for ramyun lovers on the RK beach.. Submarine museum and other naval museums are a great attraction for the young ones who love to know more about warships etc. Glass bridge and rope way give a good adrenaline rush. Many water sports are available in Rushikonda beach- a feast for adventure lovers. Around traveling experience is good. City is very clean and well maintained.

Visakhapatnam is a clean and neat place.The roads were clean unlike hyderabad.There is no blocking of traffic as there are nill/ very less road side Stalls which problem we usually face in hyderabad. We liked the place very much with the calm and peaceful atmosphere.

The city itself is a typical busy cosmopolitan city in India. I It has very good Indian cuisine especially on beach road..Marriott has a great restaurant and a good place to stay. Getting about is easy with quality taxi’s on UBER. I would highly recommend getting local SIM. The RK beach area is over rated and neither remarkably picturesque nor clean . But the beaches towards north are less crowded and nice. The most likable experience for me was Araku valley. It’s quite picturesque, especially the Muliguda area along the road to Borra caves

Vishakhapatnam is a port City.

Vishakhapatnam is a port City. There are no of beaches.Sea and mountain are making a picturus presentation of mother nature.There is also temple of Lord Narsimham at the top of Hill simachalam.Beach Yarada and Dolphin nose is also a eyecatching beach.The area is very much restricted as it is the Naval Base of India.there are no of Museum on Ram krishna Beach.One Submarine Museum is must see museum to get a real life experience of submarine by a visitor.Food of Hotel Dolphin can give you a most luxurios ambience to see the city on their 7th floor restaurant.The Veg and non veg are all available.The Uber car is readily available and also luxury private car and autos are ready for your travel.Araku is also picturous beauty when you travel by train EV coach(i.e Vista dome made of glass big size for the enjjoyment during your ride). Bora cave,Adivasi Museum,Botanical garden,Cofeee factory are places you can enjoy at Arraku.

Very nice and clean city....

Very nice and clean city.... Good for a short vacation where the hills meet the seas. RK beach is happening and the ropeway and the other tourist destinations including the Dolphin Nose and Narasinnha Temple is worth visiting

I would rate Visakhapatnam very high for a first time...

I would rate Visakhapatnam very high for a first time traveler. It has got good beaches and view points to offer. Apart from nearby hill/valley views and caves. People interested in temples will also be satisfied. Taxis, buses or trains are comfortable to travel around

The proximity to beach was a delightful bonus and we enjoyed a wonderful evening during our stay. I would definitely stay here only again during my next trip to Vizag.
