This is a top notch stay. New and modern with special care provided to the renter by your host. The breakfast is plentiful (Italian, meaning no protein, but lots of choices). I was walking the francigena, and this is a rare option here. So you'll pay a bit more, but get a bit more also.

My friend and I enjoyed our stay at Nonna Tina's for these reasons: 1. Spacious, clean apartment. Far more space than we needed (we didn't even use two rooms). 2. Well-appointment kitchen. 3. Balconies and good views (warning: it's on the 3rd floor, which we didn't mind). 4. Comfortable beds and the bedrooms had shutters to block light. 5. Walkable to downtown. 6. Gated parking.

DI was on a trekking trip, and Carmela, the host, met me when I arrived. She was very, very helpful and brought me some groceries since I didn't have any transportation. It is in a peaceful location on the lake with trails very close by. It was a beautiful place to stay, and I could go back next time for sure. The B&B itself was really comfortable, quiet and beautiful.
