Location - great, Entry - superb. Room - wonderful.

The host provided us with great info on how to go to lake Como, where to park, and where not to go in the city. The rooms were great!

Amazing views, location, and staff. Breakfast had an great assortment of items... and again the view, breathtaking over Lake Como with snowcapped Alps beyond. Plus wonderful restaurant on ground floor. The building has the wonderful quirks of an older italian villa, so quaint and charming, exactly what we were hoping it would be!

Amazing room and facilities. We had a great experience, the staff was super friendly and we even tried paddle as the hotel is part of a sport club. We had daily transfers to the city included with the parking rates so it was super practical and easy.

This location was paradise. When I first read the reviews, I thought, "How can staff make such an impact on the hotel?" Then I experienced such attentive and caring attention, and I see why people left rave reviews. They were friendly toward the children, and they had plenty of suggestions for things to do. We played at the park, swam,walked to a lookout, and went up to the lighthouse. The restaurant food was next level. Everything was cooked to perfection. I will recommend this place to anyone looking for a unique stay above Lake Como.

Location, specious rooms, and friendly staff.

The property is very new, and it shows, everything is in pristine condition The staff and especially concierge were great helping us navigate the lake and town The decor is lovely and simple, but the best part was the location!

The facilities are spacious in an charming chateau setting with a super modern spa area.

I liked very much its location, where the river passes by the room’s window. I liked the very quiet atmosphere , the facilities, and the kindness and helpfulness of the staff

The staff were amazing and so helpful. My luggage was lost at the airport and they were able to provide me with some emergency items and also help with getting back to Milan to pick up my suitcase the next day. The hotel is clean and has all the little extras that make the stay memorable, as well as great breakfast. I will definitely return.
