Cozy atmosphere, a clean and comfortable room, even though it was a little bit small. For 2 persons it was ok. Excellent breakfast and dinner and the spa was great.

There was a pool (heated) and dry/wet sauna. We booked a massage and it was awesome, too. We had our dog with us and she was able to run all over the back of the property which after being in Milan and on leash.. she was loving. The view of the mountains was amazing.

Everything. The breakfast was perfect, the dinner in the restaurant was excellent. The location just near the ski gondola. The staff was perfect.

Quiet rooms, very good food, nice facilities. Excellent staff. New work out room with quality equipment. Beautiful spa. We would return without hesitation.

Super friendly and helpful staff, balcony view, diverse and yummy breakfast. Bed was super firm, maybe to prepare us for arduous mountain hiking? It’s a great mountain hotel.

The location for walking around this small town was awesome! The staff was great and the rooms were good the area quite at night. The area was very safe and the views from the top floor balconies were great.

They had good food and some organic wine (the cumin)

Everything was exceptional. Look no further, this is the place. Highly recommend.

At first the owner very helpful and gentle And the room warm and cozy and comfortable stay also mini personal SPA tub is nice. And amazing breakfast.

It was very convenient in terms of the food and location. The sauna and swimming pool was a great addition to the amazing facilities of this hotel. The attention to detail shows us that this is a family run business with care for each customer.

I've stayed at Bijou several times and it's consistently amazing. Ivo is a great host and the atmosphere is nice and friendly. Good breakfast and really nice home-cooked dinner for just a moderate extra charge. Great place

Very clean and comfortable room, everything seemed new. Good air conditioning. Wonderful staff. The bar downstairs opened at 6 AM which was great for getting coffee and starting the day.

Very nice hotel with helpful staff. Room was very spacious, with comfortable beds. The price/value ratio was extremely good. Free parking and having our pets stay for free was a definite bonus. The hotel's restaurant was an absolutely positive surprise, with good selection of (local) food and wines, pizza for the kid, and extremely helpful and friendly staff.

Good location along to the via francigena and close to a grocery story for snacks and lunch prep. We didn’t use the spa, but it didn’t look like a super good value IMO. Breakfast was great, they made omelets for us and really good coffees.
