Everything!! It’s a marvelous place. The whole estate (it truly is) is beautiful and very well maintained. Enormous rooms, clean and nicely decorated. Huge pool with sun beds. Good breakfast with very friendly service. Pet friendly (no charge), they also loved it here. Huge parking lot.

Even though the room didn't have a window, it was newly renovated and very tastefully decorated. The bed was super comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the shower had lots of space. It even had a chromotherapy light. There was a coffee maker in the room and a fridge. The hotel is less than 10 minutes walk from the train station and a few steps to the lungomare and centro storico. Barletta was a very nice town with lots of historic churches and a huge castle - worth a visit.

Barletta is a lovely city with great bars, coffee places and...

Barletta is a lovely city with great bars, coffee places and restaurants and a huge beach which we enjoyed the most. So definitely a place for see and food lovers. We had some troubles to get there as we landed in Bari airport and took a train that was supposed to go to Barletta, but left us 6 stops earlier in a little town, but bus was waiting but it took another hour to get there and left us behind the station where we could not pass and therefore couldn't get a taxi. So the transport is little bit difficult, but other than that we enjoyed the stay

I recommend choosing Barletta for a holiday in Puglia. It is a quiet town, without crowds, with a wide beach, restaurants, cafés, interesting places to visit and excellent train/bus connections to Bari and other cities.

Barletta is a charming city with many different shops and interesting sights. Ten days might be more than you need for the city itself, but since we also wanted to spend time relaxing at the beach, it was perfect for us

I spent the first few days in Otranto, then went to Barletta for the last 3 days of my trip. If I had known how fascinating the city was, I would have definitely changed my destination sooner to enjoy the atmosphere of this beautiful seaside town more!

We were there in late May, before the high season.

We were there in late May, before the high season. The beach clubs were closed, the public beaches were dirty, and we are sure of at least one location where we had to pay elevated prices after we were identified as tourists (we paid less before, at the same location). We visited many clubs and restaurants at times when they should have been open according to their own Google Maps entry, but when we walked on the property and asked about it, they were not only closed, but we were treated as if we were breaking in. They seemed offended and annoyed at us, for asking about their opening times. The tourist info was very kind and helpful though, with great materials in German and English.

Barletta is a delightful city to visit.

Barletta is a delightful city to visit. It was very easy to walk the neighborhoods and explore its history. It has a beautiful Art Gallery showing the work of the Impressionist Artist Giuseppe De Nittis who was born in Barletta in 1846. The local Farmer's Market was fun to visit and pick up a wonderful selection of local vegetables, fruits and fish. The local cuisine in the many restaurants to choose from is a great way to explore the specialties of the region. It is a good base to visit some of the beautiful seaside villages close by such as Bisceglie and Trani. And the people are very friendly and welcoming.

A wonderful place to spend your vacation. The apartment is very functional, with everything you need. Upon entering, it's clean and smells fresh. It's clearly recently renovated. Located in a historic part of town, it adds to its charm. The neighborhood is quiet, so you can sleep peacefully in a comfortable bed. If we have the opportunity to be in Barletta again, we will definitely be happy to return to this apartment again
