The owners are very friendly. The room is exceptionally clean and the housekeeper came everyday when I was staying there. There is a backdoor access to the parking area (free parking). Bed is relatively comfortable and toilet is sparkling clean. One of the most affordable accommodation near the Dolomites area. It is very basic but it served me well for 4 nights. Perfect and highly recommended for budget travellers with a car. Less than 1hr drive away from Venice Marco Polo Airport. Although the location is not the best, the motel is 1 to 1 1/2 hr drive away from beautiful areas (Cortina D'ampezzo, Passo Pardoi, Sassolungo, Lago di Sorapis and Tre Cime) in the Dolomites. Belluno area in the Dolomites is also less than 1hr drive away. San Vito di Cadore and Auronzo are also within reach. Ponte nelle Alpi is 15 mins drive away and has large scale supermarkets and nice restaurants.

Simple and clean accommodation. What stood out though was the owner who was so friendly and exceptional in his service!! Our taxi fell through for a ride to dinner so he went out of his way to drive us. He also gave us a ride to the local train station early the next morning. Would stay here again for sure!

Very Nice place outside of the town. It has a nice bar with music. The breakfest was excellent. Hosts are nice and gave attention to the guests.

Very impressive experience. The room was large and well-ventilated, and mine had a balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains. All the details were carefully chosen — from the scent of the soap to the selection of teas available in the room. Breakfast was delicious, with many options made from local products. I was on a bike trip and had planned to stay only one night, but in the end I decided to stay an extra day to enjoy the peace of the place. Nearby, there’s also a small village where you can buy excellent cheese, sausages, bread, and wine.

Nice owners, good food and close to the dolomites

Very nice hotel, comfy beds and pillows. There is a kettle in the room, a selection of teas. It is in a nice central location, surrounded by the beautiful mountains. It is only about a 20-minute walk from the train station. We really enjoyed the stay!

Quieter side of town, beautiful view of Belluno and mountains. Short walk to downtown and train station. Kind and very helpful staff.

This hotel is in a perfect Belluno location. You're within walking distance of the bus station and then right outside the town plaza. We took advantage of the jacuzzi tub after being on Alta Via 1 for a week and there was a spa available on the lower levels. Breakfast was easy and of restaurant quality. You just filled out a form on arrival and the next morning sat down to a waited meal.

Nice variety breakfast quiet place so sleep was great appreciated the air conditioner easy to turn on and off
