United StatesWe were greeted with a sense that we were family and not just guests. The streets are very narrow so he met us and helped us to the house after taking us on a lovely drive to the top of the village! But what we found inside was magical! The painted ceiling was just a total delight and the view from the balcony of the sky and valley below will never be forgotten!

it is a lovely place to visits --- but the tiny tiny ,...
it is a lovely place to visits --- but the tiny tiny , super uphill roads are very dangerous .
I have now Euro 1,100 damage to my car .
The navigator will take you to tiny tiny streets and then you have to reverse back burning your clutch, closing your wing mirror , or call an helicopter to lift your car up .... ridiculous town really
They should put signs what roads it is forbidden for visitors ...
( but eyh , this is Italy , they do not care as much as they should ) .
Roads are very tiny , you need slim cars like they have . EG: first version of Panda Fiat , 126 Fiat car , Fiat 500 etc

Caltabelotta is a super charming city and its worth the...
Caltabelotta is a super charming city and its worth the visit. We visited in the middle of July and didn't meet many tourists which refreshing after visiting many popular and busy sites. We felt we found a real hidden gem! Although, be prepared for a narrow and hilly ride to the city. The streets are also challenging to climb depending on your fitness level. There are only three restaurants in the city. We ate in Osteria Gulea and had such an amazing experience. The view from the terrace is great and the menu was phenomenal combined with lovely service!

A really impressive B&B. Located in a beautiful building that has been renovated superbly whilst still maintaining plenty of historical charm. The parking is super easy as others say and Giuseppe is a great host who makes you feel very welcome. We ate at their restaurant and have to day it was the best meal we had whilst in Sicily, for a really reasonable price. We only wish we'd stayed longer and explored more of Caltabelotta, it definitely worth going a little off the beaten track for.

What a fantastic apartment. Advertised as 1 bedroom, but it is 3 floors so there are 2 double bedrooms, and a beautiful big shower in the bathroom. Great for a family. It is very modern and clean, with everything you need. Our host was very helpful.
Caltabellotta is a gorgeous hilltop town, so you have to park out a little bit and walk, but it was no problem as we packed overnight bags.

Spacious rooms, vintage atmosphere. Breakfast was ok, but limited to what was on the table, not buffet.
Caltabellotta is definitely worth visiting and we recommend a hike to Castle of Count Luna and the Cathedral of San Pellegrino. It is not that difficult if you are in shape, but not recommended for people with health issues.
