The hotel is in a quiet neighbourhood, easy to find (as there are also signs on the road directing to the hotel), not too far from the town centre (which can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes or by car in 2 minutes; however, parking in the town centre can be a bit of a problem, especially in the evening). The hotel receptionists speak good English, are always smiling, polite, helpful, and solve any problems in a blink. The good-sized room that we got (412) was spotlessly clean. The mattress was very comfortable. The air conditioning system worked like a wonder while we were out (chilling the air in the room while outside it was scorching), and it turned off every time we inserted the room card, so it did not disturb us while we were in the room, which we liked a lot. The air in the room was so cool that, although it was August (so really hot outside), we even used the light, fluffy blanket that we found in one of the closets. There was plenty of storage space for clothes and trollers. There was also an extra bed, a table and two armchairs, as well as a fridge (with minibar), large enough to chill the water bottles that we bought extremely cheaply from the relatively close Penny shop. The roller window shutters prevented the heat, light, and noise from entering the room, so you could sleep later if you wanted to. The bathroom, although rather small, had all the necessary facilities (including a bidet, which we really appreciated). The towels were changed daily, and the bathroom supplies refilled. The shower had good water pressure and good drainage. The breakfast had plenty of options: omelette, yellow cheese, ham, tomatoes, Iceberg lettuce, yoghurt, cereal, bread, fresh and canned fruit, homemade sweets (including delicious fluffy, freshly baked croissants), coffee, tea, milk, juice, and, of course, water. The hotel's restaurant offered a different menu choice for dinner every day, which was printed and displayed in the elevator.

I loved this hotel and will make a point to stay here in the future. I felt like a Princess in the historic room with tall windows and chandeliers, huge bed, double bathroom, big tub... lovely! The super-kind manager, Sr. Sachin, came out to the street to show me the way at night- definitely above and beyond service! And Sr. Michele in the dining is the ultimate professional. Very impressive.

Great hotel, proper, clean, with everything a hotel comes with - in addition to a great balcony with birds sometimes visiting.

The location is great, 2 minutes away from the train station, with many connections and near restaurants and shops. The staff was really nice. We also received a free drink at checking-in and free umbrellas for the rainy days. The breakfast was great. The rooms were very clean. We will definetely book again if we come back to Bari.

We absolutely enjoyed staying in this hotel. It's modern, very clean . The location is great, near the central train station, shopping and dining area. Everything was perfect. Highly recommend!

We booked the Junior Suite as we were three adults, and it was the perfect choice. The room was modern, exceptionally spacious, and very comfortable. One feature that really impressed us was that, because of the room's size, it had two air conditioners facing opposite directions. This kept the entire suite cool and comfortable at all times The breakfast was delicious, offering a great selection of fresh and tasty options. The hotel's location was also ideal—close enough to easily walk to Bari Vecchia, yet situated in a quieter area, providing a peaceful and relaxing stay.

This place is wonderful! All the team is really kind and full of smiles. The breakfast was the best I have ever had at a hotel, huge delightful shower and wonderful bed. They let us check in very early after the ferry arrived which was so helpful. The water and snack a wonderful touch. Only a 5 minute walk into the old ville - truly great place to stay. Got a fantastic deal on booking.com so the value was perfect, particularly in peak season. Make sure you add your whatsapp number to the booking as they'll send the room details there. The room was a good size, the bed very comfy, everything was clean and the food was excellent. We ate a few times at the restaurant and were always happy with the quality and taste. The staff was very polite and service oriented. A special call-out to Annette at the reception. She was amazing. Very quick to respond and a pleasure to speak to.

Only stayed for one night but the room was great, very big and comfortable. Didn't have time to use the facilities but they looked excellent.
