Hotel was clean, modern and updated. All amenities worked. The attached restaurant was amazing. The food and staff are top notch. Biaggio the owner is the most friendly and generous hotel owner I have ever met. This is definitely a place to return to. My family loved everything about it ❤️

The ladies will understand…I needed a flat iron for my hair. Couldn’t find one anywhere in our travels to Reggio and Sicily. I asked the concierge at Gullo. Not only did she find a place for me to purchase one, she investigated to make sure there was a variety and gave me a hard copy of the directions because for some request because for some reason she was unable to send them to me. Dedication to her job to ensure the customer is always happy. See you again my friends at Gullo!

Our brief stay at Galia was NOT long enough! Every detail and consideration is given to create a relaxing and enjoyable experience for their guest! Every part of the staff - from Concetta in room services to Annamaria and Angela in food hospitality to the general director Guiseppe and the front desk staff - were attentive, accommodating and overall awesome!
