Amazing scenery. First class breakfast. The location and castle actually provides the visitor with a virtual journey to the 17th 18th century. The castle as well as the (huge) garden and the swimming pool area are very well maintained.

The hotel was clean and comfortable and had amazing facilities for a town that most would not stop at. An amazing restaurant, fantastic swimming pool and ample on site parking almost complete the picture. The lads at reception (I am sorry I didn’t capture here name) and the gentleman at breakfast and checkout in the morning (Giuseppe I think) were fantastic. Both being so helpful and positive. The views over the surrounding countryside from the room is stunning and the town possesses some beautiful buildings - including the little theatre. There are many lovely restaurants within easy walking distance of the hotel and the town was really lively on the Saturday night. We stayed an extra night as a rest stop in our travels.

We stayed for one night only but wished we had more time to stay, it was a very pleasant stay. The room is very clean, the bathroom is sparkling and well designed. The location is perfect (few steps from the pedestrianized old town center and 8 minutes walk from the station). The staff were so gentle and nice, smiling and welcoming. The rating we saw on booking (8.2) is really much less than what it deserves, so we can unhesitatingly rate it 10 based on our wonderful experience.

Close to the Bach though it is off season. Easy to walk to the restaurant for dinner. Breakfast was wonderful, many options!

Excellent service and very clean

The hotel is very nice and in a great location. They gave me an iron for free when I requested it.

Had an outside space that I liked to go to to collect my thoughts for the day ahead.
