Everything was so amazing. All staff and the place is so helpful and perfect.

We really loved this hotel. The pool and grounds were beautiful; our room was well-equipped and comfortable; and our two breakfasts and two dinners were superb. The staff is attentive, helpful, and friendly. I hope we have an opportunity to return someday. The hotel is minutes away from the seaside town of Otranto, which has a splendid cathedral and castle. We also took a coastal walk a few kilometers south of the hotel, which we enjoyed very much.

We would like to come back !!!

Location,cleaning,parking, room dimension &facilities

Nice small hotel within a walking distance from the old city. We were greeted personally by the owner on arrival. The staff was extremely helpful. The room was spacious and clean. A bottle of water in the fridge was a nice extra. Parking is possible for free on the street (although it is very difficult to find a place). We eventually left our car at the paid parking (6 euro per 24 hours) nearby (5 minutes walk)

Great location. Close to the bus stop to Lecce, and close to the beach and town center. Staff super friendly and helpful. The free breakfast is simple but a great addition to a vacation for chilling.

Stuff is very friendly, the dinner was delicious. Facilities are super clean and well maintained. Masseria is located on the hill with great view on the sea and surounding area.

We had a wonderful time in Otranto and this place made our stay even better. Our room, with a balcony and sea view was simply fantastic.

The staff was incredibly attentive and accommodating from check in to wait staff. The hotel is an authentic maritime museum of the proprietor’s collection. Room was very comfortable. Breakfast delicious. We loved the courtyard, rooftop, and the restaurant. Food was exceptional. Superb location near castellated and marina. Excellent parking facility directly across the street.

Masseria Montelauro deserves a "Golden Buzzer". 5 stars is not enough, the place is beautiful, every detail is carefully taken care of. Staff is warm, charming, welcoming and tremendously attentive. The restaurant is very good, food was very tasty and well prepared. I would stay here again and recommend it deeply.

The wine tasting was another highlight, offering both excellent selections and a deeper appreciation of the region. The overall setting, hospitality, and quality make this masseria an outstanding choice in Otranto. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a mix of relaxation, fine dining, and authentic charm.

This is a great place to relax. You can spend a day on the pool, enjoy snacks, coffee etc. Otranto center ist about 10-15 minutes away.
