Costa RicaLocation, comfort, style. Castlemezzano is a gem of a town. Should not be missed on a trip to Southern Italy..if only for an overnight. And then stay at the Dolomiti. Perfect if you are driving. Parking nearby (important in this part of the country!). Everything about this hotel was delightful.

CanadaWe loved everything about this place! Beautiful location with views we couldn’t believe. The apartment was even nicer than the pictures- the floor to ceiling windows around the kitchen table are so fantastic when it’s a bit chilly outside. Excellent communication, our host Teresa was super helpful with recommendations for restaurants and the area in general. Having fresh croissants delivered in the morning was such a treat! Our only regret is that we didn’t stay long enough!

There was a box of breakfast goodies (tarts, muffins, and cakes) waiting for us when we arrived the first evening, and the following day there was a bag of fruit and sandwiches. The bed was very comfortable, the shower fabulous, and having a washing machine was a real treat.

The town can be quiet out of season but the people and views...
The town can be quiet out of season but the people and views are lovely and fantastic. If you’re a nature lover and a hiker, don’t miss out on this spectacular village. There are a few activities to do and I’d highly recommend going down to the river plus up near the ‘Slittovia’ to see the views on the other side of the Dolomites.

It was a little hard to find even with GPS.
It was a little hard to find even with GPS. The town was breath taking like you were transformed to a mystical place. Wish we had more time to stay and hike and check everything out. And the mirutt b&b was wonderful.

We loved the town and we loved the apartment the hot tub was...
We loved the town and we loved the apartment the hot tub was wonderful. My husband enjoyed the sauna and the Scottish shower. The shower in the bathroom was great and like artwork. The bed was very comfortable and the hostess and coworkers were great. The breakfast was great.
The parking took a bit to figure out and you will do some up hill hiking to get around but so worth it the town is like a fairytale.
Wish we had more time to stay and do some hiking and guided tours.

Easy to walk and experience as a stopover destination but also worthy of a one night stay just to enjoy the night views, the serenity and a good sleep in the clean air!

Adorable town with incredible views.
Adorable town with incredible views. Loved strolling at night when it seemed the entire village and all ages were out in the piazza enjoying each other. We didn't do the Flight of the Angels as my husband has had back surgery, but it looked fabulous. So glad we spent a night in this gorgeous village!

We loved this place, and Castelmezzano in general. Communication easy and useful (we never met), place is clean, nicely arranged and big, with a great view to a street, perfect to soak into a beautiful village. Breakfast was good, served in a nearby family's bar just down the street, with a dear and friendly hostess. We fell in love with Castelmezzano, we should come back when weather will be better

The hotel was recently refurbished, rooms were lovely, well designed with a contemporary touch, all very functional and super comfortable. Staff were lovely and welcoming. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay in this beautiful village.
