I had ahead the last minute booking and stuff. Welcomed me warmly and very friendly. Staff was also responsive online. Communication in English was not a problem. Check-in and check-out processes were easy. Check-in after midnight possible by request and fee. The room was clean and a good size for one night. I appreciated the second pillow stored in the closet. There was a little fridge and the water boiler in the room. Furniture in a good condition, bed comfortable. Also, there is an a/c in the room, so you can regulate the temperature for both cooling and heating. There was a coffee machine downstairs in the lobby, where tea and coffee were available 24/7. I didn't try breakfast or pool, so can't comment on that.

Host Cinzia, is the best. She is so attentive and so caring. My train was very delayed the night i was coming in, i had messaged her prior to let her know, but i was even more delayed than expected and i didnt have cellphone service as well! But she waited for me til midnight, she was so kind. I am definitely coming back !
