Location is great, 3 min from the motorway ( Venice is 45min drive away, and Noventa di Piave 30 min ), but in nature, very quite neighborhood, near the pond. Everything is new and clean inside. We loved breakfast snacks.

We arrived late, at 12 PM. No problem, staff was still there cleaning the kitchen. Clean room, quiet. And a very nice breakfast, also with multigrain bread (not common in Italy). Parking in front of the hotel.

We chose the hotel because of the location, which was only perfect for our needs but conveniently close to the center of Portogruaro. Parking was easy as well. Cleanliness was excellent, as was the large bathroom with great shower. Well-functioning Wi-Fi. Nice staff.
