The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. As others have mentioned, the hotel is dated but it's clean, surprisingly quiet and comfortable. Something to mention: we chose this hotel because it was very close to a wedding reception hall. As we were heading out to the wedding, the owner asked us if we were going to a wedding and gave us a key to access the hotel in case we arrived after they closed. They were paying attention, which we really appreciated!!!

We were a group of 6 with many questions and needs. We had bikes to store and the staff was super helpful. Great place in a little town. Close to grocery and pastries. Thank you!

Lovely room and friendly staff

This hotel was so nice! Our kids loved the pool. I loved the sunny balcony that allowed me to dry clothes, which was very appreciated. The staff went above and beyond to help us and the breakfast was the best we’ve had so far!

We walked the Via Francigina and it was directly on the route. The staff were delightful and they even surprised us with a premade sandwich for the road! Beds were perfect!

Fantastic pool and area around pool. Clean pool. Stylish design for garden around pool. I would like to spend there more days for pool holidays if it would be possible. This time just 1 day, but definatelly return if again in Tuscany.

Veronica and Torres went above and beyond to make our stay at Resort Dei Limoni truly memorable. Whether it was providing pizza when all the nearby restaurants were closed, offering valuable local knowledge and recommendations, or kindly letting us in late at night (apologies again, Torres!), their friendliness and helpfulness were greatly appreciated. While the décor of the hotel may feel a bit dated, the property itself is exceptionally clean and well maintained. The breakfast, though simple, is satisfying, and Veronica makes an excellent coffee. Conveniently, there’s a bus stop right outside the hotel that takes you to both Pisa and Lucca in about 15-20 minutes. Plus, there's a bakery nearby with a great selection of sweet treats. Don’t be put off by older reviews—this hotel has a lot to offer!
