The hotel is located really well, super close to everything, and not right in the touristic area, which was perfect for us. The staff were really caring and kind, I felt a bit sick and they actually took care of me, made me tea, and brought me fruits to the room and even checked-in with me afterwards to see how I'm feeling - truly amazing warm care from the staff and and I really appreciate it. Thank you!

very good that aircon is on even you take out the card and leave the room! also very good food in the restaurant! tried other places but hotels restaurant was in top 3. last but not least swiming is cold! they are cooling the water that is super nice when it was very hot and you can enjoy cold water. lake was 25 celsius friends pool in other hotel like tea 29 and Mistral hotels pool 22 degrees celsius.

We spent five nights at the end of October 2023. Our room was ready before check-in time. Rooms was very clean, plenty of space for three people. Breakfast and dinner were very good, plenty of choice. We enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend it for a nice holiday at lake Garda.

The stay exceeded our expectations: a picturesque view from the room, pleasant and well-managed facilities, very helpful and amicable staff, excellent breakfast and an opportunity to enjoy SPA centre. The surroundings were great for a walk along the Garda lake shore and visits to Sirmione and Dezenzano del Garda. We were able to refresh and recharge in only a couple of days. Would definitely recommend!

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay, including helping to arrange transportation to and from the train station last minute. The breakfast was exceptional. We will be returning!

Beautiful hotel, a bit out of the way, great if you have a car.

The location is amazing! Close to all the restaurants and also close to the water with a private deck where you can access the hotel bar/restaurant and swim, super nice! We had to leave very early and they provided us a breakfast to go, extra points for that.

Everything was amazing!! I want to thank Mrs. Ana who helped when me and my wife needed most. The view of the lake is absolutely beautiful. We loved everything: bedroom, pool, restaurant and, of course, all the kindness received from the staff.

Nice host and good breakfast. The host helped me by driving me to the city center when my feet were hurt after coming back from hiking. There is a convenience store nearby the hotel
