Great traditional Italian holiday home with incredible views of Lake Como. Very comfortable accommodation. Michela, our host, was very friendly and gave us some great tips (we also now recommend parking at Menaggio and catching the ferry from Menaggio to Bellagio return as a day/half day trip).

We had a wonderful time in Cremia. Àngel is very hospitable and friendly, and shared great tips on what to visit and where to eat. The dogs Donna and Nebbia and the cat Tommy are incredibly sweet and love cuddles. The view from the little balcony is truly stunning! We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this apartment to others.

1. The view from the apartment is spectacular being located on the higher ground. A bit of a walk however if you would like to take a dip at the lake. Wasn't an issue for our family of 4 though, with kids ages 14 and 10. Me and my husband enjoys few drinks at the resto pubs along the lake after a swim while the kids who refuses to leave the water still swimming. Walking back at the apartment was still a breeze. 2. A read in one of the reviews its old and dirty, am glad we had a benefit of the doubt and still went for it as i never saw any sign of that. it is very clean and fully equipped apartment, wont see a sight of dust! the rustic feel whilst gazing through that lovely view! we make breakfast in the morning- well sized fridge at the 2 bedroom apartment we stayed, pots and pans and everything we need. They even allocate a garden table for each apartment with a huge basket to carry foods and plates. We didnt had the chance to go and dine at the garden though as the view from our apartment dining table is already a feast for the eye. 3. There is a small dipping pool on site which was not listed on the property amenities. It is small but enough to entertain my boys and maybe enjoy some sun on the lounger around it. 4. I love the sound of the church bell, well actually, one of the best experience i had in my Italy and Lugano stay are the abundance of church all over. and the sound of the church bell gives a nostalgic feeling. Theres a church if you'd walk uphill- just a few minutes climb and there you will find a playground. Our family played volleyball. My boys had few moments at the football pitch. the locals are lovely, we just went in and played. just pure respect of returning things as you found them like the volleyball net, closing gate among a few. 5. Anastasia, the lovely lovely host adds to the beautiful experience. She had been very accommodating, genuinely nice lady. She even took time to come by and say hello and check if we are comfortable.

Brand new! Very contemporary architecture with high-end finishes. One of the nicest swimming pools I’ve ever seen with beautiful design and infinity edge with the Swiss Alps in the background. Great restaurant for drinks and breakfast. The grounds are immaculate and expertly designed. The check in process was professional with a personalized tour of the property and the room. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had.

The view from our room was the best! The staff was very friendly and recommended us a lot of thing to do. Also they've a restaurant in Varenna they've a shuttle service with a cute tuk tuk. Highly recommended!

I posted a review and the owner responded with lies: I did not ask for a refund. I told him that the place smells bad because of the dogs and what they leave behind. I did not use more towels than I have been given. I did not eat on the bed, and definitely did not leave stains (from which oil?!) I did not damage a glass with water, that was a heavy rain. There was no festival, just loud neighbours all day long. I did not see goats and chickens (lol). I checked in at 3 and told him I was coming earlier which he agreed to. I also announced that I would leave an hour ahead of time. I did not send a copy of my ID, because it is not legal to take a copy. Also, why would I trust uncertified data security systems and risk identity theft? This guy is a disgrace for all hospitality professionals. The place is bad

There is a bus service to Menagio, for the ferry to Bellagio...

There is a bus service to Menagio, for the ferry to Bellagio, just up the hill which at times can be unreliable and you need to buy tickets from the bar near the bus stop before your journey. If you rent a car, the journey into the mountains is worth the 8 hairpin bends. The views are absolutely stunning.

good pizza in a restaurant located together with a hotel.

good pizza in a restaurant located together with a hotel. another good restaurant near marina, yet that one is rather expensive one. beach is easily accessible and there are paths for runners as well close to major attractions of Lake Como, worth considering travelling by bus. (Italians can be angry drivers if you go according to the speed limits)

Perfect, just perfect! A really new, perfectly clean apartment with 2 bathrooms and a lot of space. The view ist breathtaking and you can enjoy it from within or at the terrace or the large garden...or you simply walk down the stairs directly to the lake. Parking is just outside the house (ideal for high/large cars). The kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook, if you don't want, try the fabulous pizza at the hotel restaurant nearby. Very friendly host! We surely will come again!

Lovely authentic Villa full of character and quirky. Set in a peaceful village overlooking the lake with gardens and parking space. It could be seen as a little rough around the edges especially where the washing machine was located in the unused downstairs apartment downstairs but we completely loved it and had a wonderful stay. Didn’t want to leave! Cremia had some lovely restaurants and felt very untourusty.

Really nice hotel in a great location. By the lake but still a bit farther away from the noisy Menaggio, which is what you would need to relax when you are in Lake Como.
