The Hotel Antiche Terme is a quiet, charming, smaller, well equipped hotel situated on the Calore River, with excellent views of the countryside while being central to the historic district. My room was very large, with ten-foot ceiings and brand new wood floors. My bed was the way I like it, firm with a little bit of cushion. My room had a desk, a minibar, and plenty of lighting. Smart TV. My balcony view was of the river and a beautiful bridge, the city and the countryside. If you like a great views, make sure you book it with the river view. The bathroom is very nice, with an awesome shower. Good wifi. Garbriele is an excellent host and manager, his staff did a wonderful job cleaning my room daily. He was very helpful with local information. Breakfast offers all the coffees and baked goods you can hope for. It is easy to walk all around the old section of Benevento from the hotel, as you are near all of the great sites. Benevento is a true gem, and the Hotel Antiche Terme is part of that, situated as it is on top of an ancient Roman bath complex. I will stay here again.

The accommodation was impeccably clean, beds were comfortable, large bathroom and a small kitchen. Close to the Roman theatre and restautants! There is coffee, tea, water and juice provided, as well as packaged goods/snacks.

A great place in the heart of a great city. Highly recommend. The owner kept a free parking spot for us to park right outside the door, and took care remotely of any and all little kinks that imminently arise, as any frequent traveler would confirm. High Praise! Forza Italia!
