The location in the rolling hills of northern Italy gave me a quiet and peaceful place to relax. Beautiful views of surrounding countryside and rustic and cozy room and common room. Maria Cosa was the staff member who, although she only speaks Italian, was sweet and helpful. She makes breakfast, cleans rooms, handles payments and does just about everything.The rooms were simple, no fridge or air conditioning but it's not needed. Open windows for fresh breeze.

Lovely place to stay in Monferrato The apartment is brand new. It has everything we need it Also very well-equipped kitchen I recommend the rooms with the balcony on the top. Maurizio responded right away with a check inn His restaurant is excellent. We had lunch and dinner there, and we were lucky to hear some live music at night 😊 Thank you Maurizio

Monica is absolutely amazing, and we loved her beautiful guest house! Very spacious, clean, and modern, with excellent AC :) She made sure we had everything we needed and recommended great places for us to visit during our stay. The owners first were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. They made sure my daughter had what we needed/wanted…and what we didn’t know we wanted. The apartments were also so clean and beautiful designed. Very comfortable.
