La Villa was the perfect blend of comfort and charm. The location was ideal, just a short walk to Siena’s historic centre, yet away from the hustle and bustle on the centre. The staff were incredibly warm and helpful, and the breakfast in the garden was a highlight. Our room was stylish, spotless, and had a lovely feel. It felt boutique and personal, not just another hotel.

Fantastic hotel located close to train station and medieval town. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, very comfortable and a good size. Amazing stay. The Villa was built in the 1700s and perfectly restored. Within walking distance from Sienas city center. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. The staff is extra attentive. Giacomo was exceptionally helpful and made our stay more than memorable, sharing tips for great places to eat (had our best meal in Italy) and useful information as well as depth on Italian culture. Would totally recommend to stay here, stop looking and book.

Giulia is a wonderful host. The location is fantastic -right in the heart of town. The entire place is welcoming and warm, with fresh fruit, chocolates, and snacks in the main entry. The first thing I noticed was the fresh aroma when I walked in the door. Giulia met us at the entry to the street to make sure we got in ok. The entry is very secure. Our room was huge and just as depicted in the photos. We felt very spoiled by how well we were treated during our stay. The palazzo was extremely clean, quiet and cozy. There are places to relax outside the rooms with sofas and chairs, and jars of candies. We bought a bottle of wine and enjoyed it on the sofa, and Guilia opened the bottle for us and brought us wine glasses and a snack. There is espresso in the room. You don't need breakfast at the hotel, there are so many bars to get a caffè and cornetto just around the corner. You can also go to the restaurant on the piazza and get a discounted meal. I can't wait to return for another visit!

This property was excellent at every level . It was accurately described on booking .com . Our room was spotless and the modern lighting and keyless entry perfect . The stay however was particularly wonderful due to the manner and service of Sara . She was in touch with us before we arrived and her manner on meeting us was so welcoming . She assisted us with booking taxis and dealing with some mislaid items from a previous hotel / although there is no breakfast at the hotel there is an excellent t local cafe less than 10 away where you eat with the locals . Thank you we felt like well looked after guests
