Great breakfast. Comfortable bed! Our luggage was safely sent/received while walking the Via Francigena. The location was right on the trail.

Away from the city and nice views

The property was gorgeous and the staff was very friendly, kind and accommodating. The breakfast was exceptional, so varied and delicious. It was a great Italian experience.

As previously stated, you will need a car to move around the area. There is one restaurant within walking distance which we haven't tried. However, the hotel is easily accessible from the highway and an excellent choice for a short stay prior to heading to Rome Fiumicino Airport (about 25 min drive). Although the decor is outdated, everything was well kept and maintained. We requested a crib for our baby, and when we arrived everything was prepared in our room, with cute bed sheets which she really liked. The breakfast buffet is very good. A/C worked well which we appreciated being there in late July.

A/c was just right. Nice and cool on some very hot days. Refrigerator and microwave a plus. Wifi was as needed. TV was useless. Italian channels. Having the super market adjoining was a great feature. Wine and Cheese exceptional selection at great prices. Hot and frozen prepared meals were excellent. Parking excellent if renting car.

We enjoyed our stay, everything was good for what we paid. we asked for a room with a nice a view and we got it. We went to Italy with our car so we can’t say anything about the public transport, indeed the hotel is a bit far from the center of Rome. Parking was safe.

The hotel is nice. The staff is really helpful and welcoming. Ramona is especially a great receptionist. Breakfast is fine. Location is ok. Have a public bus to reach the centre. A little bit far but is ok.

We apreciated the kindless of Michel during our breakfast and also Georgia in the reception, she helped a lot on how to explore Rome, beatiful city.
