Breakfast was presented each morning at the requested time. Clean and spotless. Spacious rooms. The location is great, the vistas out over the landscape are beautiful. Hosts were terrific and made the stay very pleasant.

The high quality of everything and brand modernization of the interior of the building. Fantastic bed and shower, exceptional cleanliness, beautiful breakfast area, high end food,drinks, amenities, and especially the warmth and helpfulness of Signora Donatella. The facility was as nice as any place we've stayed, with wonderful views across the rolling surrounding hillsides and a real sense of peace which is what we were seeking.The Palazzo is in the process of adding a quality boutique spa downstairs from the existing BnB facilities, and if the rest of the interior design is as tastefully done as the rooms, etc it will be exceptional. Rochetta SanAntonio is a small but interesting and peaceful historic hill town with amazing views, two castles, and two excellent restaurants within a 5-minute walk. We wished we could have stayed longer.

The hosts are genuinely welcoming! Maria, Massimo, Vittorio & Georgia are most gracious & hospitable! Maria generously shared her time speaking with me! Georgia and Massimo are also especially enthusiastic & polite in interacting with us, English-speaking clients. Their property, view & pool is a delight! Their animals are precious, they definitely enhanced our experience! Comfort service & cleanliness of their resort are of top rating! Their generous breakfast, offers many delicious foods & it is served beautifully! The family and town ice cream, shops, restaurants, museum & castle are very enjoyable!

Danato was a fantastic host - kind, fun, accomodating, knowledgeable, generous, respectful, and a good cook. His property is amazingly beautiful and peaceful. The common building where we ate and hung out by the fire is cozy, welcoming, clean and comfortable, and the rooms are spacious and private. Danato's homemade wine is delicious. The location is such a beautiful place to get away from the cities and enjoy nature (we were there in the Spring). Bisaccia Nuovo and the near by hill towns are nice small and peaceful places to explore. Wifi worked well.

Clean, quiet, and the staff were accommodating. The dinner was excellent as well, as was the breakfast. The cheese selection at breakfast was one of the best on our five-week road trip through Italy. You could easily tell the staff cared about their guests’ experience, and we even got some help carrying our luggage.
